TouchUpDirect is a US-based automotive brand specializing in vehicle paint repair solutions. They offer high-quality products designed to help car enthusiasts and everyday drivers restore and protect their vehicles. Despite having a loyal customer base, their email and SMS marketing was underperforming, limiting revenue growth and leaving untapped potential in their Klaviyo account.
