Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically skilled individual to join our team as a Klaviyo Technician. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our clients’ email systems — ensuring flawless integrations, data accuracy, and automation performance across eCommerce platforms.
You’ll work closely with our Account Managers to load emails, troubleshoot, and optimize Klaviyo setups that support data-driven marketing strategies and client growth. From syncing customer data to configuring complex flow logic, you’ll ensure every automation works as intended.
Our Klaviyo Technicians specialize in Integration & Troubleshooting, Deliverability Setup, and Quality Assurance.
We’re looking for someone who combines analytical precision with strong problem-solving skills, can navigate APIs and event data confidently, and understands how clean data powers effective email marketing.

- Deeply experienced with Klaviyo (minimum 2 years) — you know your way around flows, integrations, and data, and you’re confident enough to prove it in a test.
What You’ll Do (Day to Day)
- Build and upload emails from Figma into Klaviyo with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Quality check every email for flawless display across devices (mobile, desktop, and dark mode).
- Communicate actively with our internal team and clients via Slack to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Join client or internal calls when needed to discuss progress, troubleshoot issues, or review campaigns.
Availability
- 8AM-4PM EST
- Monday-Friday
- We chill on the weekends
